[Biography & Creative Philosophy]
Noel Stojkov
I am an award-winning multimedia storyteller whose work spans documentary filmmaking, higher education marketing, public television, and digital media. Throughout my career, I've helped organizations tell stories that inspire connection, deepen engagement, and create meaningful impact.
As Assistant Director of Interactive Media at Tennessee Tech University, I produce content that highlights student experiences, faculty expertise, campus culture, and institutional initiatives. My work has also included documentary and broadcast storytelling for public television as well as commercial and nonprofit media projects.
Whether producing a recruitment campaign, a documentary profile, or a short-form social media piece, I believe the strongest stories begin with curiosity, empathy, and a commitment to authenticity.
My Philosophy: The Journey of Becoming
I believe that the internal landscape of an institution is just as rich as its external one. Growth is a nonlinear, unfolding process—whether it's an institution evolving its campus or a student finding their voice. My personal creative philosophy is rooted in intellectual warmth, deep curiosity, and everyday grace. I focus on capturing the micro-moments—the turn of a page, a quiet study alcove, the texture of natural light—to ensure our brand narratives remain entirely authentic.
